Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions, along with the completed online registration form submitted by you, comprise the full Agreement between you (the Attendee) as a representative and on behalf of your company and Intrinsic Communications Ltd (the Organiser).

Registration Fees: COMPLIMENTARY

The registration includes event attendance for the named attendee(s) only, unless the Organiser has approved a substitute attendee in writing. Registration includes full event attendance, all food and hospitality served during the event and participation in event discussions.

Travel and accommodation are not included in the registration fee.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend, Substitutions are accepted, providing they meet the agreed attendance criteria for the event. All cancellations and substitution requests must be made and confirmed back in writing at least 45 working days prior to the event, should you book within the 45 days, attendance is non-cancellable. In the event of a cancellation without substitution or non-attendance without notice, the Organiser reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of £250.

Alterations to Event

The Organiser will do its best to run the event as advertised but reserves the right to alter aspects (including dates, location, venue, speakers and session timings) of the event if necessary and in the best interests of the event. If the event dates or location are altered the registration will be transferred in full to the new dates or location. No responsibility is accepted by the Organiser for any losses or damages incurred due to event alterations. If the event is postponed for any reason, including Force Majeure, the registration will be transferred to the rescheduled dates as soon as they are known.

Miscellaneous

This Agreement may not be transferred or assigned by the Attendee without the Organiser’s prior consent. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding by the parties. This Agreement is binding on the parties upon Online Booking, and the Attendee represents to the Organiser that this Agreement has been approved by an individual who is an authorised signatory and who has the authority to bind the Attendee to the terms of this Agreement. All communication following this Agreement must be in writing (via email).

The Organiser accepts no responsibility for the conduct or behaviour of attendees at the event and is not responsible for any injury or death that may occur at the event.

Attendee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser from and against any and all costs, damages and expenses which may be incurred by the Attendee or its agents and employees.

This Agreement is governed by English law and the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England in all matters.

Data Protection

Intrinsic Communications Ltd is committed to data privacy and protecting your personal information. Data is collected and stored in accordance with GDPR guidelines. The information provided by the Attendee will be held on our database and not made available to any external partners or companies (except for the hosting organisation – Virtual Events, and Bespoke Dinners). By submitting your email address during the event registration process, you agree that Intrinsic Communications Ltd and its event partners may send you event-related information.  A valid email address is required for all registrations.

Intrinsic Communications Ltd uses the personal data you provide in this registration for administering your participation in this event.  This may include information about the event’s content, event logistics, payment, updates, and additional information related to the event. 

By registering for this event, you agree for your personal data to be disclosed to the third-party organisation hosting the event. 

Except as described herein, Intrinsic Communications Ltd will not disclose your personal data to any other third party without your consent except where required by law.
