Sebastien Dehaen is a Director in the Technology, Media & Telecom practice at Simon-Kucher. He advises leading software companies on growth and monetization strategies, with a focus on AI product launches, usage- and outcome-based pricing models, and their impact on sales organizations. Drawing on deep expertise in advanced analytics and market research, Sebastien helps executives design and implement smarter packaging and pricing strategies that drive sustainable recurring revenue.
