Since joining in 2007, David has worked for both the London and San Francisco offices and has conducted projects across the UK, Europe and US.

David’s core area of focus is B2B Software, Tech and Data & Information Services.

He is an expert in revenue model design (including transitioning to subscriptions/SaaS and usage-based pricing), packaging optimisation (including developing freemium and product-led-growth strategies), pricing optimisation, discount management and sales effectiveness. He also leads the Education practice in the UK.

Prior to joining Simon-Kucher & Partners David studied Economics at the University of Warwick.
