Michelle Verwest is a Partner based in the Simon-Kucher’s San Francisco office. She specializes in monetization strategies for Internet and Technology businesses, advising a wide variety of companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 10. Her work focuses on price optimization, packaging and portfolio strategies, and commercialization strategies.
During her time at Simon-Kucher, Michelle has guided executives and their teams on how to drive revenue growth while staying true to the organization’s ethos. She has led the design and execution of numerous market research studies to understand customer perspectives and recommend optimal pricing approaches, utilizing a variety of advanced analytical methods.
Prior to working at Simon-Kucher, Michelle spent 10 years in the Internet and Retail industry, developing channel and assortment strategies to optimize revenue and margins. This includes extensive experience optimizing promotional pricing, planning, and messaging.
Michelle holds a Master of Business Administration from Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and a BS in Management Science from the University of California, San Diego.
